A woman tried to set herself on fire in Auckland District Court this evening.
Police were called to the court about 5.30pm, when the 18-year-old tried to set herself alight in the public gallery.
She suffered minor injuries and no court staff or members of the public were hurt, police said.
It appeared she had health issues "which are now being addressed", police said.
