A motorcyclist has been killed in crash with a truck in Invercargill.

Police were called to the scene, on Clyde St near Crinan St, about 9.30pm on Thursday.

“Sadly, the motorcyclist was located deceased at the scene,” police said in a statement on Friday morning.

The Serious Crash Unit is in attendance.

“The road remains closed this morning and motorists are advised to expect delays.”
