Vintage carriage A 1254 returns to Ocean Beach railway after 35 years being leased to Dunedin railways where it was put on a variety of trips up the Taieri Gorge railway and more.
A 1254 was returned by truck and craned onto the track were it was pulled to its new home in the shed by one of ocean beaches vintage diesel engines TR 81.
The carrage will be put back into to passenger service at some stage at the ocean beach railway.
