Jingle jangle lolly scramble family fun

Children scramble for lollies during the Christmas Eve Festival, run by Hope Church Dunedin and Mornington Presbyterian Church, at the Zingari Richmond Rugby Club grounds on Sunday.

Event organiser Ethan Harrison said the festival aimed to share the churches’ hospitality and the story of Jesus Christ and Christmas, with the Mornington community.

Families, particularly children, enjoyed a bouncy castle, candyfloss, a barbecue, popcorn, games, live animals, and a live band playing Christmas carols.
