Music camp draws 25

Violinists Grace Shaw (17, left), of Geraldine, and Sarah Claman, of Dunedin,  play on the first day of the Waitaki Summer Music Camp at Waitaki Boys’ High School on Thursday.

The 10-day camp, now in its 21st year, attracted about 25 people from around the country and will finish with a full orchestra concert at the school’s auditorium on January 13 at 7pm.

Organiser Paul Claman said the camp allowed participants to focus on their music in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
