Police called to fight at Waitaki Boys’ High School

    A fight between two pupils prompted a police callout to an Oamaru high school this afternoon.

    Police attended a "minor in nature" incident at Waitaki Boys’ High School after teachers called for assistance, due to a gathering crowd, Sergeant Tony Woodbridge said. 

    Youth Aid had been advised, and the school was also dealing with the incident, he said.
