Cardrona Vintage Fair co-ordinator Hil Stapper said many of the fair's familiar attractions would be back for an event which has been embraced both by the local community and visitors to the historic township.
A range of "delectables" would be available and feature local produce, such as the Cardrona merino lamb spit-roast, the "infamous" valley rabbit stew, and home-grown berries with freshly made waffles for hungry visitors, she said.
Cardrona's expanding community was also reaching back to a multicultural mining heritage to offer sushi and sashimi, decadent Dutch apple pies with cream, French croissants, pain au chocolat, and German sausages, as well as European breads.
Proceeds raised through the Vintage Fair would go back into the Cardrona community for local projects, such as a proposed Cardrona walkway along the river, an original settlers memorial, and a children's playground, Ms Stapper said.
"It's a perfect community event with nearly every grown-up and every child in the Cardrona Valley getting involved."
The Cardrona Vintage Fair is being held in the gardens of the Cardrona Hotel on Sunday from noon.
