All of the households had been part of the successful shared ownership programme, set up by the trust in 2008.
Trust executive Julie Scott said the feedback the trust had received from people in the programme had been "overwhelmingly positive".
"It's really been quite a privilege to be helping young families, couples and singles realise their goal of home ownership."
Homeowners Marcie and Brent Reidy, who moved into their new home in early February and were soon joined by baby Jenson, said the programme had made "a dream come true".
