The Wanaka Chamber of Commerce has re-elected most of this year's executive to continue the organisation's work next year.
This year's president, Leigh Stock, has been returned, along with existing committee members Matt Davison, Cyril Coombe, Katy MacPherson, Victoria Murray-Orr, Andrew McKenzie and Alistair King, with Mike Toepfer a new member.
Ed Taylor did not seek another term.
The executive will elect the 2012 president in February next year.
The chamber is focusing on hosting the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce national conference in Wanaka next October.
"We are also continuing work on the [Wanaka] airport plan, which is vitally important, along with airline usage. So we are having ongoing discussions with Air New Zealand on that.
"And ongoing work with the [chamber's] think-tank is also pretty critical," Mr Stock said.
Records show the nonprofit organisation made a $2976.74 net profit between September 2010 and October 2011, compared with $12,422.77 in the previous year. Income was down $2909, mainly because of reduced member subscriptions.
Expenses increased by nearly $6920, reflecting spending on the chamber's new think-tank initiative ($2443), as well as increases in workshop, seminar and national conference expenses.
The chamber has also financially supported Mt Aspiring College's youth enterprise programme.
