An investigation is continuing after South Otago police carried out 14 drug-related searches over three days last week.
Sergeant Craig Dinnissen, of Balclutha, said about 12 police spent last Wednesday, Thursday and Friday carrying out the searches.
Sgt Dinnissen said police were interviewing 16 people in relation to the them. Possible charges ranged from possessing utensils for cannabis and cultivation to supply. Charges might be laid by the end of next week.
