A vehicle has "gone into the river" in South Otago just after 7pm tonight.
A police spokeswoman said police, and the Fire Service were responding to reports of the incident at Old Coach Rd, near Owaka Valley Rd.
Initial reports were both occupants of the vehicle were uninjured and had managed to get out of the vehicle.
