A person has died following an incident involving a quad bike in Kaka Point this morning.
Police said emergency services were called to a property on Cemetery Rd about 11.20am, and arrived to find a person dead at the scene.
A Fire and Emergency NZ spokesperson said they responded with three fire trucks and an emergency response vehicle from Balclutha and Kaka Point.
Inquiries were ongoing.
