Workers took down the tower crane, named "Lofty the Yellow Lifter", on Saturday.
There are several cranes at the inner city block development, including the recently named "Sir Liftalot".
However, while Lofty’s job is done at the hotel site, work continues on the 4.5-star, 78-room building.
