A house in Centre Bush has burned down after a fire at the Avon Road North property this afternoon.
A Fire and Emergency New Zealand spokeswoman said they received a call to attend the blaze at about 3:45pm, and the blaze was well underway when they arrived.
Two fire appliances from Winton and an appliance and a tanker from Dipton attended the fire.
