    Police have released the name of the man who died following a crash on the outskirts of Gore on April 5.

    He was Cyris Michael Wakefield, 18, of Charlton, Gore.

    Police were working to determine the circumstances of the crash, which occurred on Charlton Siding Rd, near Waimumu.
