Steven Adams has continued to fare well in voting for the NBA All Star game.

The Kiwi Oklahoma City Thunder centre remains in sixth place of western conference front court players on 1,034,014 votes in the second update.

While that will almost certainly not be enough to get the big man into the game, it is an impressive total.

Leading the way in Adams' category is Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James on 2,779,812.

He is followed by Slovenian rookie sensation Luke Doncic on 2,220,077 and Adams' Thunder team mate Paul George on 1,859,216.

Also ahead of Adams are Kevin Durant and Anthony Davis, while the Kiwi fits just ahead of another star international big man in Nikola Jokic.

In the guard spot the Golden State Warriors' Stephen Curry leads the way with just over 2 million votes and is trailed narrowly by Derrick Rose.

In the eastern conference Milwaukee Bucks do-everything Greek swingman Giannis Antetokounmpo leads in the front court.

He heads a clear top three with Kawhi Leonard and Joel Embiid.

Boston Celtics guard Kyrie Irving has over double the votes of anyone in the east guards category, while Miami Heat veteran Dwyane Wade remains in second place.
