Hoiho boss Angela Ruske was also named general manager of the year.
It is sound recognition for the Hoiho, who were returned to a local ownership group this season. They will make a welcome return to the playoffs tomorrow.
Australian point guard Lil Dart, who set a Hoiho record when she scored 36 points off the bench against the Mainland Pouākai last month, was named in the Rapid League all-star five.
She is joined by Azure Anderson (Northern Kāhu), Briarley Rogers (Tokomanawa Queens) and Charlotte Whittaker and Emma Rogers (Pouākai).
Rogers was named the Rapid League MVP and was also named most improved and youth player of the year.
Queens point guard Kristy Wallace was named the Tauihi MVP. She averaged 19.9 points, 6.6 assists and 35.5 minutes per game.
Wallace was named in the Tauihi all-star five alongside team-mate Penina Davidson, Pouākai player Marena Whittle and Whai players Hannah Hank and Laina Snyder.
Queens captain Stella Beck won back-to-back defensive player of the year titles and Tania Tupu was named coach of the year, leading the Queens to finish the regular season as top seed.
Callum Welch was named referee of the year, the Pouākai won best social media, the Kāhu won best fan engagement and the Queens picked up the best game presentation award.
