Dunedin's Forsyth Barr Stadium is reportedly in the running to host a Wellington Phoenix match this season.
The New Zealand Herald has reported the stadium may host the match between the Phoenix and Brisbane Roar on December 14.
The Phoenix are believed to have chosen the Dunedin venue as their regionally-allocated A-League preference, while the Roar have opted for Cairns.
The final decision is up to Football Federation Australia.
