League fans are breathing a sigh of relief after the NRL and Sky TV stitched a broadcast deal in time to screen tonight's season opener between the Roosters and Rabbitohs involving Sonny Bill Williams.
The deal will be signed this morning and will see all NRL Premiership and under-20s games shown on Sky as well as the State of Origin. It's not known how long the deal is worth, with Sky expected to be seeking a multi-year agreement.
