The 21-year-old dislocated her right shoulder back in round two when her side, the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic, played the Southern Steel at Dunedin's More FM Arena.
Jury, who has played 22 tests for the Silver Ferns, was helped off the court by medical staff after Steel goal shoot Jennifer O'Connell accidentally landed on her in the circle.
The Magic defender will now need surgery to repair a tear with rehabilitation expected to take up to nine months.
Consequently, Jury will also miss the remainder of the Silver Ferns 2018 international campaign.
Magic mid-courter Sydney Fraser is also expected to sit out the rest of the season after injuring her right anterior cruciate ligament (ACL).
Fraser will receive reconstructive surgery with an expected rehabilitation period of up to 12 months.
Magic head coach Margaret Forsyth said it was disappointing to lose both players so early in the season.
"While all of us in the Magic camp are extremely disappointed about the season-ending injuries sustained by both Sydney and Kelly, we have rallied and will step up a team," she said.
The Magic will play the Mainland Tactix next Wednesday at Christchurch's Horncastle Arena.
