The Glitzy One and The Solitaire will head north from their Wingatui base on January 6, their trainer, Steven Anderton, said earlier this week.
Their first stop will be at Pukekohe on January 18 where they will line up in a $25,000 open handicap over 1600m before they are aimed at separate targets.
The Solitaire will travel to Te Rapa for a start in the $200,000 Herbie Dyke Stakes (formerly the International) at group 1 level on February 8, while The Glitzy One will take her place a week later in the group 2 Avondale Cup at Ellerslie.
The pair competed in the Wellington Cup last January, after The Glitzy One ran fifth in the Marton Cup and The Solitaire had placed fourth in the Trentham Stakes.
The Diamond One, who was brave in running second to Arietta in the Canterbury Breeders' Stakes during New Zealand Cup week, will be kept closer to home.
''She'll run in the Hazlett and then go to the White Robe Lodge,''Anderton said.
The James Hazlett Stakes is now known as the Berkley Stud Stakes, and is run at Wingatui on Boxing Day. The $50,000 1200m open handicap will help prepare the daughter of Tale Of The Cat for her main goal in the near-term, the group 3 White Robe Lodge Handicap on February 1.
