The Brian and Shane Anderton-trained mare sprinted away from her rivals for a commanding 3-length win in the 1400m race.
Fascinate was aided by a perfectly timed ride along the rail by Chris Johnson.
The win was also perfectly timed, as Fascinate is not far off going to the broodmares’ paddock.
She will be retired before the start of the spring breeding season and mated with White Robe Lodge’s rookie sire, Ghibillenes.
Fascinate may be able to retire as a group 3 winner.
Her owners, Brian and Lorraine Anderton and Eric Parr of Parr Bloodstock, will consider a start in the group 3 Winter Cup at Riccarton in August for their mare.
"I will have to talk about it a bit more with Eric but she might go to the Winter Cup now," Brian Anderton said.
"She is a much better horse in the autumn, compared to the spring and likes the cut in the tracks.
"We knew she had the ability to win a race like that, so it was a thrill for her to do it."
Fascinate’s’s stablemate, Raise You Ten, could also be considered for a Winter Cup start.
He put in a huge performance to charge in to third behind runner-up Kolonel Kev.
Secret Allure’s win in the listed Champagne Stakes (1200m) was also celebrated by southern owners.
Southlanders Peter Finlayson, Trevor Tomlins and Kevin Dixon share in the ownership of the talented filly, who is trained at Awapuni by Lisa Latta.
The trio are enjoying a remarkable season as they also share in the ownership of Latta’s classy 3yr-old, Dijon Bleu.
Rider Rosie Myers is already looking forward to Secret Allure’s 3yr-old career.
"She’s a grouse filly. She jumped well and put herself there. She’s pretty tractable and I’m looking forward to the spring."
Myers settled Secret Allure just behind the speed in a hectic affair before taking gaps at the top of the straight.
Wingatui rider Courtney Barnes scored a massive win in the Great Autumn Handicap (2500m) with Son Of Zac.
In an epic staying performance, the Kevin and Pam Hughes trained galloper won by more than 10 lengths.
