Dunedin boutique opera company The Little Box of Operas (Inc) presents "A Little Box of Songs" — a recital of classical and traditional songs featuring some of the city’s most promising young singers.
The recital will be held next Wednesday from 7.30pm at All Saints Church, Cumberland St, in conjunction with The Little Box of Operas’ annual general meeting.
Performing will be young singers Joseph Kelly, Lucy Appleton, Scarlett Wilson, Isla Gemmell-Braisher, Margaret Barton-Wilson, Billie Hinch, and Max Smith, aged 12-18 years, who impressed at the recent Dunedin Junior Vocal Competitions.
They will be accompanied on piano by The Little Box of Operas musical director David Burchell.
