A man has died after being injured at a property in Allandale, near Governors Bay, in Canterbury.
A police spokesperson said emergency services were called to the address about 5.15pm on Monday.
Officers found a man with critical injuries. Police said he died at the scene.
"Despite the efforts of first responders, the man died at the scene," a police spokesperson said.
"His death appears to be accidental, with inquiries to establish the full circumstances continuing."
