Reflections, Casually Acquainted, Voodoo, Giddy Up and others provide a strong reminder of the outfit's funky interplay, the result of which is a trip down roads travelled by everyone from slick soulmen to disco divas to the dance vibes of, say, Daft Punk.
Rootsy, rollicking and never serious (musicianship aside), the album is a solid reminder of the benefits of many hours spent sweating up a storm on stages big and small.
