It’s that time of year again – Spring!  It’s lighter, brighter, bulbs are blooming and when we celebrate Thank Your Cleaner Day.  Kitty’s Cleaning embraces the appreciation of our staff all year round.  We also ask our staff to perform with excellence.

At Kitty’s kindness and excellence are not mutually exclusive but in fact support each other for best possible performance.  Placing value on cleaning work and recognising the effort of those who do it means taking it seriously.  This means clear training, ongoing observation, gathering feedback from clients and swift action if any part of service needs adjustment.

Friendly engagement with staff featuring upbeat gratitude supports high performance.  Our relationship with our staff is the bedrock that everything else stands on.  It’s easy to look at a pub bathroom and notice why that’s difficult work that should be appreciated.  However the real challenge of professional cleaning is to push back against daily chaos in a tight time frame that leaves the room not only clean but pleasing to look at.  It’s the pressure to arrive, perform and leave job after job making each client feel that their money is being well spent.
