2 Tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

Pinch of chilli flakes

Sea salt flakes

Cracked black pepper

Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

Bring a pot of salted water to the boil. Add the broccolini and blanch for 1-2 minutes until just tender and bright green. Drain well.

Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and cook gently until golden and fragrant.

Sprinkle in the chilli flakes and toss through for a few seconds.

Add the drained broccolini to the pan and toss to coat in the garlicky oil. Season with salt and cracked pepper.

Finish with a good squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
