A 7-year-old boy is in a serious condition after a quad bike accident in the Mosgiel area this afternoon.
St John was called to a private property shortly after 5pm after the quad bike went over a bank.
A St John spokesman said the child was taken to Dunedin Hospital in a serious condition.
