Car narrowly misses shop after crashing into barrier

Emergency services were called after a car crashed into a barrier outside a South Dunedin business this morning.

The crash happened on King Edward St about 10.15am where the car almost hit Zodiac record store.

A police spokeswoman said the road was closed, reopening about 11.05am.

St John spokesman Gerard Campbell said ambulance attended but the patients' injuries were very minor and they were treated at the scene.
