A rainbow frames Otago Harbour yesterday.
Shortly before 5pm, Victoria Sinclair saw the multicoloured arc from Otago House at the corner of Moray Pl and Princes St.
She was struck by the fact the entire rainbow was visible — from one end to another — and it appeared to be "slightly doubled" as well.
She sent the photo to her daughter Lyla (9), who told her it was so good she should send it to the newspaper, which she did.
