This time, the Dunedin country singer has won the country music equivalent of the Bledisloe Cup by becoming the 2013 Transtasman Entertainer of the Year at the Norfolk Island Country Music Festival.
She was one of four New Zealand contestants and four Australian contestants to compete for the title.
The contestants were considered the top artists in the field because they had to win high-profile national competitions to qualify for the event.
Miss Price qualified on two counts after winning the New Zealand Gold Guitar Awards in Gore last year and the Tamworth Country Music Festival in Australia earlier this year.
The Transtasman Entertainer of the Year Award comes with a list of prizes, including time in a recording studio and a considerable cash prize.
Miss Price was unavailable for comment yesterday but her father, Graeme, said the contest was prestigious.
The Norfolk Island Country Music Festival showcased some of Australia and New Zealand's best talent, with a Pacific twist, and many in the country scene considered it the Bledisloe Cup of country music, he said.
''I'm over the moon for her.
''She turned down New Zealand's Got Talent and she's gone it alone.
''And now she's won the Gold Guitars, Tamworth and now Norfolk.''
Miss Price is expected to return to Dunedin later this week.
Her next major singing project is as Eponine in the Taieri Musical Society's production of Les Miserables from June 20-29.
