Crosby talking bikes

Some seats are still available for two free public talks by legendary larrikin and former international motorcycle road racer Graeme Crosby, which are being given at the Otago Museum, in Dunedin, at 3pm and 6pm today.

Bookings should be made in advance at or by calling the museum information desk on (03) 474-7474, museum officials said.

The two special talks by the former Isle of Man TT, Suzuka 8-Hour and Daytona 200 winner are being given in association with the museum's popular ''REVolution: 100 Years of Motorcycles'' exhibition, which runs until February 16.

Our journalists are your neighbours

We are the South's eyes and ears in crucial council meetings, at court hearings, on the sidelines of sporting events and on the frontline of breaking news.

As our region faces uncharted waters in the wake of a global pandemic, Otago Daily Times continues to bring you local stories that matter.

We employ local journalists and photographers to tell your stories, as other outlets cut local coverage in favour of stories told out of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch.
