Senior Sergeant Anthony Bond, of Dunedin, said Police were called to the former horse racing facility about 5.30pm, where three youths were driving a ‘‘wrecked’’ car around the track.
The trio were spoken to by police before being taken home to their parents.
They have also been referred to Youth Aid, he said.
