A man who allegedly performed an indecent act in front of another person in the Dunedin Botanic Garden has not yet been located.
A police spokeswoman said they were called to the garden in North Dunedin shortly after 3.30pm yesterday to reports of the man performing an indecent act.
Officers were speaking to the victim yesterday afternoon but did not catch up with the alleged offender.
Police inquiries were ongoing.
