Market momentum grows

Jacqui Hamilton shows her granddaughter Marci Fleury some of her mosaic offerings at the Fairfield Craft Market at Fairfield Community Hall yesterday morning.

Market organiser  and Fairfield businesswoman Fiona Rae was yesterday "happy" about a strong response to the event from both the 26 stall-holders, and visitors.

This was the third market she had organised at the hall this year, interest and momentum were growing and she aimed to hold it more often in future, on the second Sunday of the month, starting on July 9.
