The competition, supported by Jonathan’s Photo Warehouse, Canon, and the Otago Daily Times, received a record number of 2226 entries this year, including in two new contest categories: pets, and night sky. Guinevere, a year 8 pupil at Kavanagh College, will receive a canvas print of Pippa and a prize voucher. The exhibition, which opened in March and had attracted 21,778 visits up to last weekend, ends this Sunday.
