Under-18 New Zealand kiteboarding champion Blake Porter (16) harnesses a strong northeasterly wind on Otago Harbour yesterday.
Blake, a Bayfield High School pupil, beat more than 30 kiteboarders for the title in Tauranga last weekend. He came fifth equal in a field of 50 in the open men's division.
