Millie Elder narrowly escapes warrant

Millie Elder, stepdaughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes, narrowly escaped having a warrant issued for her arrest after arriving late to Auckland District Court today to face drugs charges.

Elder, 21, entered not guilty pleas last month to charges of possessing drugs and a P pipe, obstructing police and breaching a liquor ban.

She was further remanded on bail to reappear on March 1.
