I could barely find any rubbish on the streets. But in the later times rubbish appears to be everywhere, and people appear not to notice.
As I am a photographer, I took my camera and walked around the city taking pictures every time I saw rubbish on the streets. It didn't take much time to have a hundred pictures taken in different parts of the city.
I wonder why is Dunedin unable to keep clean? Is the Dunedin Council doing a bad job or are the people of Dunedin and their visitors filthy?
