Only a few kilometres away from ending a two-day mystery tramp in 1986 are Milton scouts (from left) Clynt McGregor, Peter Dickinson, Bryan Forde, Craig Wells, Gavin Smith and Jason Altenburg. 

More than 80 scouts from the Otago area spent the weekend on the mystery tramp which had them leave the Evansdale Glen and travel via Hightop and Swampy Summit to Waiora Scout Camp.
