Sarah Marquet
Miss Marquet (24) graduated from the University of Canterbury last year with a postgraduate diploma in journalism.
Originally from Christchurch, Miss Marquet studied for five years at the University of Canterbury for a bachelor of arts degree with a major in linguistics and a bachelor of music, specialising in composition.
She has had work experience with Radio New Zealand and The Timaru Herald and has written for The Press, Christchurch community papers, SunLive (Tauranga) and Canta, the Canterbury University weekly magazine.
