One person is seriously injured after a car crashed down a 25-metre bank off State Highway 8, near Roxburgh this morning.
A police spokesman said police were alerted to the crash, between Waikaia Bush Rd and Eliot Rd, about 7.20am.
The crash involved a single vehicle, which left the road and crashed down a 25-metre bank, the spokesman said.
One person has serious injuries and will be airlifted to hospital.
The road was closed for about 2 hours but reopened at about 9.15am. Motorists are advised to expect delays.
