The Queenstown-based company, which owns bars, restaurants and liquor stores throughout New Zealand, will provide a range of mobile hospitality venues at the event, which will be held from April 2 to 4 next year.
Warbirds usually attracts more than 100,000 spectators over the three days.
The company had also secured exclusive beverage pouring rights for the event and had sole responsibility for the provision of beverage services.
The company's venues will include The Travelling Goodbar Marquee, which will be open from 9am to 5pm daily.
One-day tickets are $120 and include access to the event, lunch and afternoon tea from Good Group restaurant Botswana Butchery, two free drinks on arrival and entertainment.
The company would also be introducing The Nation Bar, the only one of its kind in Australia and New Zealand.
The mobile multi-function venue catered for up to 400 people - previously being used at the Michael Hill New Zealand Open - and was being brought down from the North Island for the Wanaka event, in partnership with DB, under the Heineken brand.
Botswana Butchery would provide food for the event, with Goodbrands.co.nz also displaying its wine and water range, including Mount Charlotte and Wild Fire wines and Hydrate and Rockpool waters.
The chief executive of Good Group Ltd, Russell Gray, said the company was thrilled to be partnering such an event.
"Warbirds enthusiasts and aviation lovers come from all around the world to this amazing show.
"We'll have an extensive range of food and beverage on offer for guests this year, at premium vantage points around the airfield, and we want to encourage people to explore and make full use of our facilities."
The chief executive of Warbirds Over Wanaka, Roger Clark, said he was delighted to have Good Group's support.
"We're rapt to have Good Group on board because I believe they'll take our food and beverage standards to a whole new level.
"They'll also be helping us to look after our 300 volunteers during the event, which is fantastic.
"It takes a lot of people and hard work to make this show happen, so it's great to know that we'll have an upmarket way of showing our thanks."
Warbirds Over Wanaka 2010 promised to be one of the best yet, with appearances from four different air forces from around the world.
General admission to the show is $70 for adults and $10 for children, with bus transport provided from the show back into Wanaka at the end of each day.
