Skyline will extend its mountain bike season until the middle of May by keeping the gondola-accessed Queenstown Mountain Bike Track open.
Mountain bike co-ordinator Brad Rowe said the track would stay open on extension days of Friday, Saturday and Sunday until May 13, weather permitting.
The track had been due to close on Sunday, April 29.
The bike track would now be open from noon until 4pm on May 4, 5 and 6 and May 11, 12 and 13.
Season pass holders would ride free as part of the extended season.
