A series of open days is being held throughout Otago to give residents the chance to have their say about the management of conservation land.
Run by the Department of Conservation (Doc), feedback would be considered for inclusion in the department's Otago Conservation Management Strategy (CMS).
The CMS is a 10-year plan discussing how Doc would manage public conservation land and waters, and the priorities for conservation of natural and historical resources.
The Queenstown open day will be at Doc's Arthurs Point offices on July 20, from 3.30pm to 6.30pm.
A Wanaka open day will be on June 28, from 2pm to 4pm, at the Wanaka Visitor Centre in Ardmore St.
