But the latest competition to be dreamed up by The Edge radio station comes with a catch: no clothes.
Lake Hawea snowboard instructor Mat Phillips (31) and his fiancee, marketing consultant Devon Malcolm (27), are among five couples chosen as finalists in the "Nudie Nuptials" competition, with the winner to be announced next Friday after public votes close on Thursday.
The lucky couple and their guests then get the wedding of their dreams on the multimillion-dollar Ipipiri Overnight Cruises ship in the Bay of Islands.
Mr Phillips said yesterday he had mixed emotions about entering the competition and even felt a "wee bit scared".
"But Devon's all fired up," he said.
The couple met at Woody's Bar in Wanaka, where Ms Malcolm used to work.
They have been engaged six months.
The other finalists hail from Kerikeri, Auckland, Christchurch and Whangarei.
