As a result it’s opening an office, its fifth in the Queenstown Lakes region, in Falconer’s Clubhouse Lane development.
Falconer’s project team, Willie Baddeley and Julia Franklin, will now also work under the NZSIR brand.
NZSIR’s managing director Mark Harris says his company has proudly watched the Jack’s Point community grow over the past 20 years, "and we’re excited to be taking on one of the most significant projects in the district".
The first stage of Clubhouse Lane — comprising 29 luxury apartments, a penthouse retreat described as world-class and 11 ground-floor commercial units, including restaurants, wellness, retail and a boutique wine store — opens this month.
The other stages open in January and April.
Other Falconer developments at Jack’s Point include Lake Tewa Alpine Residences, Tewa Lake Houses, Village Works Quarters and Village Works Lofts.
Falconer founder Dean Franklin says NZSIR’s "reputation for excellence, deep local knowledge and global reach aligns perfectly with our vision for Jack’s Point as a world-class alpine destination".
