Knowles, the managing director and founder of Drew Knowles & Co, has 30 years’ experience in human performance and behaviour, having coached, consulted and advised thousands of business owners, CEOs and executives across the world on how to behave better with anyone, in any situation.
Following a three-part ‘Human Alchemy’ workshop series in Queenstown earlier this year, Knowles is repeating the first workshop, ‘Beyond Personality Profiles’, next week.
"Most people have done a personality profile at some point," he says.
"But when tension kicks in, a tricky conversation, a breakdown in trust, very few people know how to use that knowledge in the moment.
"This session is about closing that gap."
Next Friday’s workshop, which includes lunch and networking, will explore reading and responding to different personality profiles, understanding the mechanics of human engagement and performance, reducing "people-friction" in teams and working relationships, and building trust and influence, even under pressure.
"There’s something powerful about gathering in a room with smart humans and getting real about the stuff that helps us work better together," he says.
