An initiative by Pavilion Bar & Kitchens, it recognises those doing good in the community.
De Salingre, branch manager for recruitment company ALH, says "I’m really proud of how much we do for our employees — candidates, as they’re called — and the extra mile we go to help them".
From England herself, "I can relate to the challenges people have when they first arrive in New Zealand.
"You’re not just getting people jobs but, like, setting them up for success, helping them with accommodation, training."
Her nominator states: "You always have a positive vibe and are willing to take on extra responsibilities when needed."
Anyone can nominate a ‘Good Egg’ via Pavilion’s Facebook page, ‘Pavilion Queenstown’.
Each month’s winner is awarded a meal voucher, and winners will then be invited to a function at which an overall 2026 ‘Golden Egg’ will be announced.
