Two skydivers who were seriously injured in a skydive jump gone wrong in Queenstown on Saturday are recovering in Dunedin Hospital.

The pair, who worked as staff at NZONE Skydive, were helicoptered to Dunedin Hospital after they hit the ground at a high speed during a tandem jump.

Southern District Health Board senior communications advisor Melissa Garry said the patients were in a stable condition.
